Street for Zendesk

Stop wasting time switching tabs.

Bring requester context, property links, and role-specific insights directly into your Zendesk sidebar.

Supporting property clients shouldn't feel like a scavenger hunt.

When a tenant or landlord reaches out, every second spent searching Street.co.uk is a second they aren't getting an answer.

Is this requester a Vendor or a Tenant?

Street for Zendesk surfaces exactly what you need,
the moment the ticket opens.

Everything agents need, without leaving Zendesk

Street for Zendesk surfaces the information your agents actually need — role, contact details, marketing consent, and linked properties — directly in the ticket sidebar. No tab switching. No searching Street. Just answers, instantly.

Role-Aware Intelligence

Every agent sees a different ticket. Street for Zendesk detects whether the requester is a Tenant, Landlord, Applicant, Vendor, or Contractor — and surfaces only the context that matters for that role. No noise, no irrelevant data.

Instant Contact Context

Name, address, phone numbers, marketing consent, and contact preferences — all pulled from Street the moment a ticket opens. Agents have everything they need to respond confidently, without ever leaving Zendesk.

One Click to Street

Need the full record? One click takes your agent directly to the Person, Property, or Company in Street.co.uk — no copying, no searching, no context loss. Deep links work for people, properties, companies and much more.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is data kept secure?

Your data security is our priority. The app uses a Street Open API token stored securely within Zendesk’s encrypted settings. The app only pulls data at runtime to populate the sidebar.

Does it support multiple roles?

Yes. If a person is both a Landlord and a Vendor, the app dynamically displays both tabs. Agents can switch between them instantly without reloading the sidebar.

Does it work with Zendesk Organizations?

Absolutely. The app supports company-aware workflows by automatically linking Zendesk Organizations to Street Companies and maintaining memberships.

How much does it cost?

Less than a coffee per agent per month.  The exact amount is about £2 per agent per month but charged in USD so it might fluctuate a bit.

Is there a free trial?

Yes!  You get the first 7 days free.

Do my agents need access to Street?

No!  By entering the Street API key you are authorising the app to securely read the data and present it in the app.  No additional licenses required.

Can I restrict what agents can use the app in Zendesk?

Yes.  You can restrict the app by role or group.
