alboz. started with a simple observation: most CX problems aren't people problems — they're process and tooling problems.
alboz. is a Zendesk Advanced Partner and CX consultancy helping ambitious businesses implement, optimise, and get the most from their customer experience technology.
I founded alboz. in 2024 after nearly three decades working in customer-facing roles — from technical support at IBM in 1996, through to Director-level positions leading customer success, support, and operations teams across some of Europe's most demanding environments.
I started alboz. because I kept seeing the same problem: businesses investing in great tools like Zendesk but not getting anywhere near the results they should. The implementation was rushed, the configuration was generic, and there was nobody in their corner who truly understood both the technology and the operational reality of running a support team at scale.
That's what alboz. exists to fix.

alboz. is born
By February 2024 I set out on a mission to make senior CX expertise accessible to a wider range of businesses — SMBs, mid-market companies, startups, and non-profits — without the overhead of a large agency.
In July 2024, Zendesk recognised alboz. as an Advanced Partner — a designation that reflects genuine technical depth and a proven track record of successful implementations.
Since then, alboz. has grown deliberately. The team now includes additional certified Zendesk experts and specialist partners, each brought on because they share the same commitment to quality, honesty, and getting things right. We're not growing for the sake of it — we're building a team of people we'd confidently put in front of any client, at any scale.
Looking ahead, we have plans to expand our partner network further — deepening our capability across implementation, AI, CX strategy, and managed services — while staying true to the lean, expert-led model that makes alboz. different from a traditional consultancy.
The foundation is solid, the team is excellent, and the ambition is clear.
